Comm 100 (Fundamentals of Public Speaking)

This course develops individual effectiveness in various speech activities, with an emphasis on public speaking.  The course focuses on selecting topics and organizing information prior to the delivery of speeches  As a result of these activities, students should develop self-confidence in giving public presentations.

Comm 103 (Interpersonal Communication)

This course investigates and applies principles of interpersonal communication, including perception, verbal, and nonverbal elements.  Students will study the theory, research findings, concepts, and skills in interpersonal relationships as applied to various interactions, such as male/female relationships, the family, and the workplace.
